Bellingham DPW Offices
Kuth Ranieri designed a new 3,200-square-foot administrative office building for the Town of Bellingham, Massachusetts Department of Public Works. The program includes conference rooms, private offices, and support spaces surrounding an open, naturally lit floorplate. An exposed structure and a north-facing light monitor define the interior’s double-height space. Refined metal cladding integrates the new building with the larger maintenance campus. The project was designed within a modest budget and was bid under MGL Chapter 149. Construction was recently completed in October 2024.
