Working across both coasts, our collaborative studios combine the personal engagement and agility of a small practice with the experience and capabilities to deliver projects of significant scale and complexity. Kuth Ranieri actively seeks to proactively build equity and diversity in our work, our firm structure, and each project team, with restorative public health outcomes for all. We work to integrate principles of equity and inclusion into each project, beginning by reflecting on our own design process and approach.
Expanding on our success with implementing an environmental sustainability framework into our projects, we monitor social equity metrics as part of our design process to provide focus on strategies and issues that will create positive social impacts.
When we design for any township or community, our priority is listening to its members and stakeholders during a proactive engagement process—one that we continually seek to make more robust and integrated into the full life cycle of any planning or building project. We believe that by intensifying our focus on engagement, our work will more authentically reflect and celebrate the municipalities and/or communities they inhabit.
