Serenity Dental Spa

Taking full advantage of the suite’s location along the pedestrian arcade of 345 California Center, we developed an inviting presence for passers-by, emphasizing the scale, color and materiality of the reception area. Once inside, the spatial organization of the suite unfolds sequentially, from the broad public area of the “living/reception room” to private zones for operatories and office support.

Sustainable design strategies include the adaptive reuse of existing casework, doors and lighting throughout, eco-friendly materials and finishes, and energy efficient lighting and equipment. In addition to full Architectural design services, Kuth Ranieri provided coordination of all project consultants, and directed the conception and implementation of branding, identity and signage components.

The 1,086 sq ft space includes reception, five operatories, restroom and a lab.
